Presidential Scholar Book Discussion (Phoenix Ivy Council)
Come hear a presentation by Dr. Gene Kopelson, a prominent Presidential Scholar and author, will about the never-before-told history of Ronald Reagan's first quest for the presidency in the late 1960s. The presentation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at ASU SkySong in Scottsdale. The discussion will highlight President Dwight Einshower’s mentorship of a young Ronald Reagan that helped shape his eventual successful campaign to be President of the United States. Dr. Kopelson's book has received rave reviews, including from Secretary of State George Shultz, Washington Times, Weekly Standard, and New York Post. Dr. Kopelson is an alumni from numerous Phoenix Ivy Council universities, including: Princeton University BA, Columbia MD, Harvard Medical School residency and director of Yale Cancer Center.
