Please join the Harvard Club of Phoenix and the HBS Club of Arizona for an evening with Debbie Dyson, CEO of OneTen.

We will begin with a presentation at the Paradise Valley Town Hall, exploring Debbie’s unique career path from a military childhood, to college athlete, to corporate executive recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and honored as one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America.

Debbie will share key leadership and life lessons gleaned from her 30 year career working for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), the world’s leading provider of human resources management software and services, to more recently taking the helm of OneTen, a non-profit initiative which aims to hire, promote and advance one million Black talent, and others, without four-year degrees into family-sustaining careers over ten years.  With this commitment to making a lasting, systemic impact on racial and economic justice, Harvard Business School was the very first academic partner to OneTen.

Debbie will share her philosophy on topics such as building robust teams and a more equitable workforce; promoting a skills-first movement with and for companies who believe in a more equitable and inclusive workforce, and succeeding in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Debbie will also field questions from the audience, and afterwards we will continue the conversation over informal cash bar drinks with an opportunity to network with Debbie and fellow club members at the Mountain Shadows Resort.
